Our Services

Renovate4Home provides home renovation and refurbishment services across all London boroughs. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

Quotes

• All quotes provided are free and carry no obligation
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins
• Any additional work identified during the project will be discussed and agreed before proceeding

Payments

• Payment terms are agreed in writing before work commences
• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept bank transfer and cash

Our Work

• All work is carried out to a high standard
• We will not leave a project until you are completely satisfied
• Any issues identified after completion should be reported within 14 days
• We will return to rectify any genuine defects in our workmanship at no extra cost

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or postpone a booked job, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled start may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time.

Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for supplying materials. We can advise on materials and quantities required. We can source materials on your behalf at cost price if required.

Liability

We take full responsibility for the quality of our workmanship. We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, faulty materials supplied by the customer, or factors outside our control.

Governing Law
